خبرية is a crowd-sourced social media channel consisting of a blog with links to YouTube, Facebook and Twitter. The channel invites youth to contribute their own audio/visual/textual non-sectarian non-political content to the channel. The channel also provides training in peace journalism to active contributors.

Raymonda Adib: I’m a new soul digging my way into the path of Arts. After studies in philosophy, psychology and literature, I’m now doing my last year at the Lebanese University of fine Arts, majoring in visual arts, and I’m on my way to my MA. I find life exprience is a whole package so I’m interested into: weird mythology,cancient languages and books, philosophy, knowledge, logic, fantasy, space, numbers, time traveling, modern architecture, video art, compositions, weird installations, music, traveling, being in touch with different backgrounds, watching too much manga, tattoo and piercing lover, third eye opening, and of course CONTRADICTION. I’m willing to give all my twisted random and organized ideas for Imagination Studio.

Vanessa Bassil: A Journalist and a Peace Activist. She earned her BA in Journalism in addition to another BA in Political and Administrative Sciences in the Lebanese University. She is currently pursuing her Master degree in Information and Communication Sciences. She’s passionate about media field as well as activism. She reports and writes for several newspapers and websites and has 4 years experience in the Lebanese Media. She strongly criticises the way Lebanese Media deals with news and works for a new form of delivering information. She’s committed to social change and has a special interest in the relation between media, politics, public issues and humanitarian causes. She particularly believes in building peace through media. Therefore she researches, practices, and advocates for her main cause: Peace Journalism. As she believes in acting locally and thinking globally, she’s willing to use her experience, knowledge and skills in both Media and Civil Society for the benefit of Imagination Studio, and therefore for the benefit of the society.
Gwen Bou Jaoudeh
Dima Boulad: A graphic design graduate from AUB; she continued her Masters in multimedia in I.E.S.A paris. After working for 3 years there in motion graphics, she moved back to Beirut. After working in post-production for one year, she is now freelancing from her office in Geitawi on various projects from design to motion graphics. Together with 3 friends, they started in 2010 a collective called Beirut Green project that demands and works on having more public green spaces in the city.
Mohamad Chamas

Joanna Choukeir: Communication designer who founded Imagination Studio because she believes that co-creation can improve our society. She is currently doing her PhD and lecturing at the University of the Arts, as well as working with Uscreates.

Aisha Habli: She’s always looking for something new to learn. She has a passion for writing that keeps her up at night and is interested in things so varied as ice cream, psychology, trees, and medical research. Much involved in activism, and her recent interests include women psychology, journalism, and the art of public speaking. A senior Biomedical Engineering student at HCU, planning on joining the BME Graduate program later this year. Currently based in Saida, she has been in Lebanon for 5 years now, and the dynamics of this country and its people never fails to amaze her. She also has a bad case of Twitter addiction.

David Habchy
Bruna Kesserwani: A wannabe polymath who has lived in the US, Georgia and Lebanon. She is interested in the intersection of various fields including politics, economics, psychology, culture and philosophy. She loves coffee and Nutella a lot.
Joseph Maalouf
Dalal Mawad: A multimedia journalist currently finishing her Master’s degree in journalism at Columbia university. She holds a BS in Economics and an MS in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics. She has previously worked as a researcher at the United Nations Development Program in Beirut. Dalal joined this team because she believes that media can empower individuals to bring about positive social change; and because social media has given citizens a new tool to voice their needs, issues and concerns. She also believes that amidst Lebanon’s polarized political environment, a more independent and objective press can bring people together.
Vanessa Mghames: I am all about adventure and new experiences, I feed on creativity and culture! I am currently pursuing a bachelor in Audio-Visual. I am only nineteen, but I’ve got enough energy and enthusiasm that can feed a country!
Mohieddine Saadeh: I am a computer engineer. I have around 10 years of experience in Web Development. I develop programs using ASP.Net 4.0 using MVC framework and PHP. I currently work as a project manager at Koein.
